New changes, issue
The layout looks good and most everything seems to work as before.
The only thing I see different is:
If you access the forum, but don't open new messages they will always stay 'NEW'
It used to be that opening and closing the forum cleared the 'NEW' and next time I opened the forum only topics with new postings (after my last visit) were highlighted.
For instance, I'm not interested in Deaver Springs, but that topic will stay highlighted until I open it, and so will the Forum. So, I have to open the forum to find there is no new posting or topics, only the old, ignored Deaver Springs topic.
Since that is my only complaint, you done good!
Mike

Re: New changes, issue
I actually like it that way because I come to the forum all the time for maintenance, or to read one thing, and before if I opened it I had to read everything or the marks would be lost.
I don't see a way to change it for individuals, but if I come across something I'll let you know.

Re: New changes, issue
I agree with Jage on this one. I just use the Mark topics read link in a given forum or Mark forums read link from the home page to handle this. Both work great.

Re: New changes, issue
My only concern is that "user statistics" blows my cover.
Anyone can see if I've been browsing the forum in the wee hours!

OK, that works well. I did have a hard time finding where the 'Mark forums/topics read' tabs were. I looked all over the bottom of the page before it clear.

Re: New changes, issue
It's sad, but the surest way I know it's REALLY time to go to bed is when I can see I'm the only one on the forum.

I can turn the bot display back on, then you can hang out with Google[Bot] and Yahoo[Bot] all night.

Being on the other side of the Atlantic, when in the US you go to sleep, I wake up, so you might not sleep much
