I got a lot of good idea off this site so I thought I would share a few of best ideas with everyone. For a few bucks on motorcycle netting you can install the netting in the side door windows.. or really any where in the van, just need a drill, nut riveter and a few eye bolts - great space saver. We use them for paper towels, tissue, wash pans and to put our paper plates in.
You can find some pretty great ones for little or nothing at salvage yards too. They were really popular in late model Euro cars, usually in the trunks or hatchbacks. I've found them in all shapes and sizes in VWs, Audis, Range Rovers, etc.
one hot day I looked hard at the pop out windows and thought I bet I can put hinges on them and open them all the way out.
Genius. Can you add a little more detail for those of us that are mechanically challenged... such as where you got those hinges, and how you did the screens for those windows?

Those are easy. Glue screen inside your trim pieces, if you have them.
