When I bought my kitchen for my econoline redesign(4 years ago) it was pre pandemic. I had actually screwed up and bought the bigger unit. Hans actually worked with me and took it back and exchanged it with me when an order came in. I actually lived close enough to run up to Truckee and pick it up. Their operation I think at that time was maybe about 3000 sf. Not big. It’s not in a great location for a commercial operation. So I would definitely say growing pains are a definite possibility. The whole Tahoe area is based on flexible employment.
