I don't see any mention of the engine, though the VIN indicates the van has a 5.4L gas engine.

You are probably correct the ad changed, it said 7.3 Powerstroke at the top when I saw it this morning. If it is not a diesel then it is not a good deal, I got my 5.4 for way less than that with lower miles.
