Re: 2004 GTRV

Why does it look like it's been driven hard?

It looked like a good rig to me. Sorry, i will not test drive it. I feel like that's pushing it a bit for me to go to the guy (very nice gentleman by the way) and ask to drive, when i personally have no ability to buy. I dunno, just a weird situation. I didn't mind taking a look and some pictures and offering an impartial opinion on the the appearance, but i'd feel uncomfortable getting involved beyond that point.

Re: 2004 GTRV

I'm thinking on coming down and looking at this rig. I'm just wondering why it has not sold for over a year? Give me your gut impartial impression on this vehicle?

I can afford to pay a little more and get a rig with much lower miles? I'm on the fence? I hear transmission are the weak links on these rigs? Can I expect to get another 100k miles on it? Any one out there with advice for me? I've emailed owner, nice guy. Just wondering why it has not sold in over a year?

Bad economy? You got me. Looked like a good machine to me. They are very expensive toys though. Around here, things are hurting economically, none of the 'toys' are selling worth a crap around here anymore. Maybe that's why?
