All things considered, that looks like a very "run of the mill" van. Pricing doesn't look special, it doesn't have 15K miles, 5.4 V8? Sure, you get the new front end but all else the same I'd hold out for a '09+ and get the new interior. I've seen several '09+ non white RB/EB vans that all bounce around the $10,500-14,000 range, just a matter of being patient and finding the right deal.
And... what's the difference between a "Super Duty" Econoline and a vanilla Econoline? Bigger transmission cooler?
