I still think it is a heck of a value. I really don't want an RB, otherwise I would seriously be considering this 'upgrade'. High miles probably isn't too big of a deal if it has been well maintained. Having to put a new engine or tranny would certainly put it out of my budget personally, but I think you'd still have a pretty good value for the rig as a whole even after that.
hmmmm... cruise control, air conditioning, modern dash layout, better mpg - sooo tempting. Especially when I get to look forward to rebuilding my leaky power steering pump this weekend!
