Wow, thats clean. One major thing to take note of is that theres only room for 1 to sleep in that rear bed.

There's only a spot for one person to sleep in that van period! And it's a sideways bed so you'd better be short! What an odd layout. Bathroom but no shower...maybe a bachelor ordered it?

I thought the same, but for some folks an SMB is just another custom van conversion, with the distant possibility of needing to sleep in it once in awhile.

That's true. My first SMB purchased from the classifieds here was a 2006 EB50 layout but with no rear seats or beds of any kind! It had a poptop (with no bed) and almost every other SMB option though. He was disabled but enjoyed hunting and ordered the van as a homebase while hunting on day trips. It only had 12,000 miles on it when I bought it. I added the missing seats and bed to make it a conventional EB50.

FYI.......the original owner was a retired judge from Fresno CA who used it for day photography trips to Yosemite. I bought it in 2014 through SMB West and have enjoyed traveling the western states. Yes, it is as nice as it looks. Being female and traveling alone, I made sure it is always in tip top shape. I am 5'5" and have a few inches to spare when sleeping on the bed. My husband and I have a Hallmark truck camper on order.......so we can travel together. If you all have any suggestions how I can market my SMB to the solo traveler, please let me know. Thanks for posting my Craigslist ad here!

It will sell, just will take a bit longer because your prospective buyer audience is smaller. I'd suggest adding a photo or two of the bed folded down, maybe its dimensions when flat, etc. Also, embrace the solo-traveler-specific build in your ad with wording like "specifically built to give the solo traveler everything he or she needs in a campervan." Don't hide it, turn it into the van's unique selling proposition rather than a negative.
Another marketing approach is as a great tow rig. It's an E350 with the V10 according to your ad. Call that out in the description prominently, as there aren't too many SMBs out there with that combo that I have seen.
Also, I wonder if the pricing is a bit high for a hard-top van. Seems to be priced more inline with a pop l-top SMB, which usually demand higher prices that the fixed tops due to their rarity. I'll leave others to comment on that.

BrianW, thanks for your reply and suggestions. That price was suggested by SMB Texas last spring, so it is my starting price, but always negotiable. Looking at some of the Forum threads, it looks like hard tops are being appreciated a bit more than in the past. I have some leads for solo RV clubs that I am thinking of advertising with. Trouble is, not every club has a formal advertising medium. I LOVE that it is a RB with a V-10! I haven't towed with it, but it is definitely a selling point. I asked the Judge's son why he chose the the V-10 and 4.0 Onan and he said he always liked the muscle cars big engines. Will definitely add bed dimensions and more photos! Good idea! Of course, I can always post it on SMB Texas website, but the commission is a bit steep. Someone in the U.S. will fall in love with it like I did. It took me two years to find my SMB. I am very attached to it, just as everyone else is with theirs. Nothing beats a SMB, not even a lightly used 2011 F350 6.7 diesel King Ranch crewcab shortbed with 56k miles and a brand new Hallmark camper.
