Hella tire pressure monitor transmittor...

I installed a Hella tire pressure monitoring system in our van last September and am pleased with it. However, a couple of weeks ago, I got an indication on the display that one of the transmitters wasn't transmitting. I had purchased the system from Susquehanna Motorsports since I needed to purchase some replacement covers for our Hella off-road lights at the same time and I called them to explain the problem. They didn't know what kind of warranty Hella provided on the transmitters but checked with Hella and called back to let me know that not only would Hella cover the cost of a replacement transmitter but Susquehanna covered the cost of shipping the transmitter back to them.

Just something to keep in mind if you run into the same problem...

We are happy with our Hella TPMS. We do occasionally get a few beeps indicating a transmitter is not being heard. This happens on startup, but within minutes or with movement all communication gets squared away and works fine..
