Just in case anyone ever needs this...the part numbers for the missing latch in my picture, which goes on the right hand side when facing the side door cabinet, are K4-2714-07 and K4-2338-07. They are made by Southco.

It's really hard to tell exactly which hinge you have, but there are probably 100 different types of lift off hinges, so you will just have to look at the specs for the ones you think might fit, then do some measuring. If you can't find exactly the one you are looking for, you might just need to replace both sides. Most likely a new hinge will cover at least a couple of the existing holes, and re-use one at a minimum. Good luck.

Thanks! I finally got some more info from SMB. Seems these hinges were fabricated in-house. Looks like I will have to go the route you described.
