New member looking for advice

Hello. I've been following this forum for a while and decided to introduce myself as I am looking for advice on where to have a 2013 e350 2wd van converted to 4wd. I am aware of a couple places from learning about them here. I just purchased the van. It came with $70,000 worth of build out options already, but it is 2wd with a 6" lift. I have been in touch with Ujoint off-road and may go with them, but am interested to know what other folks are out there doing these conversions. The Ujoint conversion may be a little beefier than I need, though they really do come highly recommended. I live in Flagstaff, AZ, so a place in the west would be helpful.

Oh - my name is Jim. I've owned a 2006 e350 Quigley 4x4 and a 2005 Chinook e450 Concourse 4x4 in the past. I will primarily be using 4wd in the snow and down in Baja. I don't consider myself a four-wheeler, but having 4wd has definitely been a life saver in the past!

MG Metalworks/Expo vans out of Newberg, OR has a nice kit they can send out if you’ve got the skill or have a shop that can install.

Colorado Camper Van also does 4X4 conversions, but they might take a while with it.
You also might check with Boulder offroad, but Don is a one man operation and is usually 3 projects deep at any given time, he’s done a bunch of work on our rig but his main thing is converting full size Chevy/GMC vans over to 4X4.

UJoint Offroad now has a Colorado location. Currently a single person operation but I think his wait times are not as long as the UJOR North Carolina location. We're having our van sent there later this year to be converted.

Met Justin in person and he let me test drive his van. All around great guy who loves to talk vans, and has been great to work with so far. This is his thread on Expo:

It's the Baker Garage guy. There's a big thread or two on Expo.
