Newbie intro from Oregon

Hey all, New to this forum, but I've been a van fan and owner for a while now. We just picked up our dream rig, a 2014 Sportsmobile E350EB, RB50, V10, with 73k miles e purchased from the original owner just last week. It spent most of it's life in Texas with the last couple years in Colorado. It's in great shape but has definitely been used for its intended purpose of real adventure travel. Of road mountain trails, multiple Baja visits, etc. I've got lots of questions regarding maintenance, etc for those who have hard earned experience, so I'll probably be posting a bunch here shortly.

The plan is to get it all dialed in so we can hit trails around the NW hard starting this summer. I look forward to learning from you all and maybe crossing paths sometime to check out some other awesome rigs.

Cheers!

I'm so sorry you couldn't afford something nicer, but I'm sure it'll still manage to put a smile on your face! You've dialed into the right group for advise, wisdom, & help. Welcome.

What a great looking van. Nice score!! This forum has been an amazing resource for me and I'm sure it will be for you as well. One tip is anytime you are looking into something type sportsmobile forum after your google search and you will likely find a link to that answer.

I'm not sure your history with battery systems on RV's but when I first started here I didn't have a clue about any of it and it was super overwhelming for me. I found this thread to be one of favorites because it helped wrap my head around the 2 sides of the van (RV side vs Van Side). Hopefully this will get your learning journey started in the right direction.

Best of luck and I hope you enjoy the new rig!
