I looked at Skreenz as well. Theirs are the pillowcase (slip over top of door) design and are about $105 shipped. Ouch. Seems like I paid less than 50 for my last set of Skeeter Beaters.
ROLEF makes custom screens - not inexpensive, but they sure look superior to anything I've come across (I'm almost sure they have made screens for an E-350 through a custom order):

These guys make insulated window covers for a Chevy Express - might inquire with them if they'll make something like the bug screens also...

I liked your design when you first posted them. I’d be interested in one for the barn door and another for the big drivers side opener. I was going to look into sewing some up but if your price is right, I’d rather go with yours. Keep us posted!

We have been using Skreenz for quite a few years and they have worked fine; no problem blowing off the van since they fit like an envelope over the door. I originally bought them for a 2000 E150 and am now using on a 2010 E150; I don't remember what I paid for them. Since the mirrors are different I had to modify the screens slightly. The only problem I had was a ripped seam which I was able to repair.

I got my Skeeterbeeters from the SMB website. They are well made and work great. Just shake them hard to open them, might be a few magnets still connected but they are easy to pull apart and really stay on the door.
