Our SMB was built in 1997 and the bed part of the Guacho is just too hard for sleeping. I'm looking for suggestions/replacements that would make it softer/more mattress-like. Thanks.

Thanks to everyone for the advice; I found the wrench I needed at ACE hardware which carries a full selection of the TORX type wrenches. Got the arms off, the seat covers on, and the arms replaced....
