How does a tuner effect warranty? Speaking of which, won't I need to recalibrate speedo with a tuner after my gear swap?
You can adjust the gear ratio and tire size with a tuner so your speedo reads accurately. Another option is to have Ford or someone with the right diagnostic tool do it for you. That way it won't affect warranty. That's what I did when I went to 33's before I got a tuner.
Cheers
Darryl

Oh, well in that case...I'm on my way to the junkyard right now! My clients didn't need this document finished today, anyway. I'll just keep that axle safe and warm for you until you are ready to snag it for your rig.
Wait, I might need it now, see my thread "That dreaded metal on metal sound" It all depends on what Randys ring and pinion says tomorrow.
