Figured I’d add info to this thread. I have a 2003 7.3l e350 quigley 4x4 conversion. Am having the brakes serviced at a local shop, who then of course ran into the headache of finding the correct front rotor replacements. Ended up having to order direct from Quigley. Here’s the info regarding the rotors direct from quigley.

FRONT ROTORS HAVE MODIFIED STUD HOLES FOR E-SERIES WHEEL
FRONT HUBS WE CHANGE THE BOLT PATTERN TO 6.5” AND REDUCE PILOT TO FIT E-SERIES WHEEL: WE CHANGE THE F SERIES (AXLE) WHEEL TO BE COMPATIBLE WITH THE ECONOLINE REAR.

We start with a Raybestos # 66914 rotor, then modify.
Unfortunately, any specs or drawings relating to any modified parts are proprietary in nature and cannot be released.

A bit of venting… quigley would not provide the machining specs for the standard $100 rotors, but would gladly charge almost $700 just in shipping to get their custom rotors across the country next day. Even standard ground for 2 rotors is $125 nowadays! Guess I’m delaying the start of my trip again…

You shouldn't need the proprietary specs, just measure the old ones and have the machine shop match to the new ones. It should be dead simple for any competent machine shop.

Garage
on my 03 with a d60 f350 front axle, all they did is drill out the lug stud holes bigger so that they are big enough to fit around the smaller 8x165 pattern. the rotors are hub centric, so they will be centered regardless of the bolt pattern.

didn’t think they were asking that much for just the rotors, but that price is insane. wait till you need to replace a unit bearing on that axle and gotta buy from quigley again. the hearings are way heavier than the rotors. shipping will be a gouge for sure.

very happy I got rid of the quigley only stuff on my front axle. other than the price of new wheels, changing to 8x170 was cheaper then being forced to buy quigley specific parts. now everything I would ever need on the front axle is on most shelves across the states.

When I asked about the rotor mod, Quigley gave me the drawing. I've attached it to this reply!
