I would bet that the power is there somewhere, but typically ends at a big wiring harness connector. You would have to track it down and add the wiring either by cutting on side of the connector, or adding crimp termials with wires on the other side. The former is easier, but that latter would give you a clean install.
For 40 bucks give or take you can get a wiring book off ebay. MGMetalworks put me on to that. It makes it way way easier to track down. E-Series Wiring Diagram book and make sure it's your year.
I am going after upfitter switches, which my cargo did not have. Tracking down wiring and ordering crimp terminal connectors is a big PITA!! but in the end, I will have a clean install and the option I wanted.
If you are really lucky, a harness and connector will be there.
Thanks Flux. I may have to go looking for that wiring book. Electrical is not one of my strong suits so... hoping this can be done without too much "adventure".
The book will take a lot of adventure out of it. What year??
Also, you might be able to find the guts and the trim panels etc instead of doing the whole door. I would think that ford had one door and added the options to it.
If I find a set of doors at the bone yard I'll grab the entire door then determine if swapping the door, or the individual parts makes better sense. I'll likely be doing some body work and paint in the not too distant future anyway so swapping body parts doesn't bother me.
I'm in the same boat with my ambo and not sure if I should do it or not. Cranks are very reliable but sucks to open the passenger side when needed...
I remember John at Agile purposely parking beside me on the passenger's side and rolling his window up and down to nag me as I was stretching over to roll my window down! Lol

I haven't done it (luckily don't need to!), but I have read in multiple places that swapping the entire door is the way to go. I think there are several threads on FTE that address the swap and wiring.
