Re: GMC Van on tracks

I think you need to do that to your van after the Atlanta fiasco.
You would be a HERO.

Re: GMC Van on tracks

nice! yellowstone has a fleet of e350's with the mattrack systems they use for snow coaches.

i would already have a set of tracks if i had 40k of extra cash laying around. hell even used ones from mattracks are 38k. cheapest ive seen them was in the 12-15k range, but every set ive seen for sale in that range was across the country and with shipping, it took it back up past being affordable. so i gave up having some for the van and started looking for our wagon. ive emailed every manf. ive seen asking for load ratings on their utv tracks, not one has returned any of my mails

Re: GMC Van on tracks

Birdies have told me that Ken Block is converting a Toyota Tundra into a gigantic snowmobile. Saw a sketch of it and it literally looks like a Tundra body on top of an upsized snowmobile. Giant skis in the front and single giant track in the rear.

You sure it wasn't his tracked Raptor? I'm not sure if the tracked Raptor is his personal daily driver (he has one for that purpose) or if they gave him a 2nd to track out.

Re: GMC Van on tracks

We have an AWD astro with mattracks, turning radius sucks and she's pretty gutless going uphill, but on the flats, she's pretty fun.
