Question re: selling price

Hello All,
We are about to list our SMB and would appreciate advice about how much it is worth. We have used this forum for invaluable info over the years and are wondering if the wisdom of the group could help guide us. (Please be patient as I am new to posting!)
Here are the particulars:
1997 Chevy 2500 5.7L V8 with Quigley 4x4
Seats 5; sleeps 3
229k miles; carefully maintained (garaged) with avail service/maintenance records
We bought it with 90k mi in 2005; in 2006 Austin SMB did the following mods:
Pop top with memory foam bed
20 gal. water system
Propane furnace & stove
Icebox (drains via tube thru the floor)
Swivel passenger seat
Portable shower
Upgraded wheels
Tow hitch, front & rear (w/ rear controller)
Heavy duty front grill
Solid surface countertop
Inverter
Upgraded stereo w/ amplifier & remote
Sunroof
Dual exhaust
I will try to attach photos.
What do you all think? The van runs great and looks great, but it’s 26 years old with a lot of miles….
Thanks!

I think that is a bit tongue in cheek?

If you live in California or Colorado maybe those numbers seem low. Is that what you are suggesting?

We are in north Florida - that’s the reason for all those miles (west)!

Interested to know asking price once you arrive at one. It looks very clean for the year and miles based on pics provided.

Pricing these days is pretty much an opinion, so I'll refrain from throwing out any number estimate...

I'd start higher around $25k and see where it leads to. That's an attractive vehicle with an easy to work on engine. There was a guy on here the other day looking for something and this may fit his bill at $20k.

Garage
I'd start around $30K+ and negotiate - as stated, It shows very well and is 4x4 w/pop-top. If everything works as it should it & you have maintenance records to support mechanical due-diligence then would be a good entry to this type of lifestyle.
Can you clarify for me; in your description you mention "sunroof" - what/where exactly is that? I've never seen one on a Sportsmobile, so you've peeked my interest.
