That is insane. I apologize for carrying on with this threadjack (which I started I think) but really? I have some actual real work for traffic engineers where they don't have to waste time with such uselessness. Thanks for sharing Larrie. It's pretty interesting that there is more to this than meets the eye but it seems to me like way too many government employees don't have enough to do.......and that's news.......
