In the initial stages of registering. I sent email to the 'west.roamingrally@gmail.com' address based on the email address re-direct link on their site to see about availability and the email came back undeliverable.
I then noticed that there is a difference between the address listed on the web page and the email address link re-direct. I then manually tried entering the address as listed on the page of 'Western.RoamingRally@Gmail.com'... well see how that one works.
Thanks,
TWOLOST

I guess I’m not the only person challenged by the website. I did the same thing! You will hear back from the organizers shortly. I’m looking forward to the trip. See you up there.

If you don't hear back in a couple days, I'll PM you Ted's personal email. Where in Wa are you located?

Wow. So very tempting. My May calendar is already crazy and not sure I can recharge myself and be in Banff by June 11. Of course, now I won't be able to get it out of my mind.

Great, Glad to hear there was still room, it's going to be an epic trip. What do you run for a GPS and what type of radio will you have?

Once you arrive in Banff, you will automatically be recharged. If you haven't been, it's an amazing experience, and you can sit in a natural hot springs to get ready for the next day. There is a new movie out named "The mountain between us" that was filmed in much of the area we will be crossing. The movie it self was ok, but the location shoots were what made it so spectacular. Check it out for a preview of some the scenery, you will love it.

Absolutely!
GPS's are a Garmin 376C (Topo Canada V2) and a Garmin Montana (Topo Canada - West).
Radio is a Baofeng UV-5RA

I'm all signed up as well.
For tracks/GPS, I'm using a Kyocera Duraforce Pro phone with Locus Pro and OSMAnd + and downloaded maps. I have an indash Garmin for general navigation, but not tracks. I will have my iphone with another app as back up.
I have an Olywiz GTS-710 for the radio.

I'm a complete idiot when it comes to GPX and track files. I've managed to create a route, convert it to a GPX file and load it to my Ipad once before a long time ago, but I now have no memory of how I did that. Ted provides track files and has sent me a preliminary copy of the route (but not yet ready for publication / distribution) and I was able to load it, but my confidence level in my abilitys is still pretty low, so I'll be working with it and the final version prior to departure date. You have probably already read this, but the cut and paste below is from the Gravel Travel website.
Q: Will my GPS work?
A: Is your GPS capable of utilizes tracks? If so, then yes.
For example, car style GPS units (aka a Garmin Nuvi) will not work. They only accept route files, not track files.
Popular units like a Garmin Montana, Garmin 60 & 70 series accept track files.
The truck participants have broader options. Tablets with a GPS have apps installed like Gaia or Backcountry Navigator.
Cell Phone Apps
Q: Will my cell phone with an app work instead of a GPS?
A: Sometimes. The Roaming Rally routes are not always within cell coverage
