Hey all - Figured it out. Rear barn door switch was the culprit. Looks like it had gotten wet at some point. Cleaned it up and all good now.

I run an on board computer in my rig, it powers up when the van is turned on. My locks work great when the van has been off, but when I shut down (the computer shut down is on a delay) the key fob works about 1% of the time. I suspect that it may be interference with Bluetooth or Wifi on the computer. More likely it is bluetooth device because I have a Wifi Router in the van that is always off. As soon as the Computer shuts down key fob works great. I guess one of these days I will try to isolate which one is the culprit.
