Scangauge three

Decided on the Scangauge three.
Totally happy with it outside of the included mounting solution.
Suction mounts on the windshield make me NUTS!
So....
Ram mounts to the rescue!
Used the lower grab handle with a 90mm bolt and a spacer through a motorcycle handlebar clamp specific Ram ball.
Totally happy with the end result and NO suction cups on my windshield!

This looks like a great setup. Do you run it in conjunction with a tuner display too?

Nope, the tuner is tucked away in the tool box.
I have no tune installed outside of telling the ecu that it's ok to not have all the EGR crap...

Garage
Nice. I just bought one as well. Don't like the windshield mount either and don't have a driver grab handle unfortunately, but I do have it in the same place. Luckily it is light and velcro seems to work so far.

Dude, awesome mount idea! I just mounted a regular ram ball right between the ends of the handle in the thin plastic to mount a phone and it shakes.....and I hate it. I wish I had known about these! I will be ordering one up to experiment with. Thanks for sharing.

Unfortunately though I've already put a hole in my A-pillar trim.

Would it be this one, by chance?

Yup, same one.
I just used a much longer bolt that matches the thread of the factory grab handle bolt (6x1.0) and made a spacer out of 3/8 stainless tube.
For a finished look used a 3/8 punch and popped a hole in the trim cover for the handle.
It's solid as a rock and looks pretty clean.

Thanks Dave, definitely borrowing this mod.
