Fog light wiring harness for 2011 Sprinter 2500?

The fog light units are easy to find, but does anyone have a source for the whole wiring harness? My 2011 SMB Sprinter 2500 was a low trim level and doesn't have fog lights. I'd like to add LED ones primarily for driving lights linked to the ignition, as I have a light bar for offroad and fog.

I've searched on eBay and some of the usual sources but may be using the wrong search terms. Cheers!

Have you checked to make sure the harness isn't already factory installed and just not utilized? Some manufacturers will keep a single configuration of the harness for the sake of commonality, and then connect to options if they are installed.
