Not really a van specific problem, just an RV plumbing problem. Any decent RV service shop should be able to fix that if they can access it.

Can you tell if the leak if from (clear) fitting to tank or from black PVC to clear fitting?

What's underneath (accesswise)

Can the tank be shifted an inch or two to make room to glue a new PVC fitting on?

Plumbing Problem Waste Tank to Water Tank ?

I'd crawl underneath and see if there is enough room to splice in a new straight piece and 45 degree coupling which would connect to the leaking area at white/black coupling at water tank. An RV shop would charge probably $ 200- $ 300 bucks -
