Help! Any value on these parts ?

Good day folks!
Once again since there is no dodge section I hope this is the right place to post.
I am new to the van/rv/Sportsmobile, there are so many new things to me. In the past I have restored a few cars but no experience with overlanding stuff.
The van was under water I have not checked engine or transmission yet since I can deal with that part later. The value of this van to me is in the penthouse top and all the hook ups and electrical being there to re use.
I have wasted a lot of money on parts before just cuz I didn’t know what I had.
So is there any value in these? Before I throw them away?

Garage
My value assessment: the 'space' you'll manage to reclaim in your garage.

The plastic water tank is likely still useable. New ones are "overpriced", I think.

Most of it looks pretty useless in it's current condition. Not being able to trust it is the problem, not that it isn't worth trying for someone in need of it.

However, fridges are expensive. I would wire that one to 12v with at least 12 gauge wire and about a 10A fuse and see what happens.
