No Weld Patch Kit

I swore a little while back on here I saw someone that recommended a no weld patch kit for filling in seat bolt holes. Does that ring a bell for anyone? If not, does anyone have one they like/trust? I would like to fill in the ~18 holes from the shuttle seats that were previously in my van. I could weld them, but a) that's a bit more effort and b) if I can find something without welding, the SO can take over this task and I can move onto other things.

Thanks

Weird, not the first time that a thread link has taken me to another thread than what it was supposed to when using Tapatalk, it opens the correct thread if using web view, wonder why it does that. Anyway, timely as I’m going to have to plug some holes in my project van when the time comes.

Nut inserts aren't a bad idea, however these were not factory seats - these were shuttle seats since the van originally started life as a school bus in MT. So the holes are not threaded.

Looks like if we POR15 the floor we can use their powermesh to fill in the holes. That might be the ticket. I swore I saw something that was fiberglass adjacent, or maybe epoxy based, but oh well.

The "no weld" patch kits I've seen have been geared more towards small to medium rust repairs. For filling in small bolt holes, the POR15 fiberglass system should suffice. I've used it for similar small holes.

I’d take a metal sheet piece, glue it down over the full area of the metal piece (epoxy) and then paint inside/ outside
