Thanks everyone! ..I'll post a few more pics of other interesting bumper parts as I finish.

I need to order a handful of fasteners to really put the finishing touches on the project. all of the hardware is stainless including the black oxide hardware, it's black oxide on 18-8 stainless.

McMaster sells lots of fasteners in 18-8 stainless which is what I usually get.
Many styles are available in black oxide 18-8 as well.

They also sell 316 series stainless fasteners which are more corrosion resistant than 18-8 but they are weaker (lower yield strength). 18-8 is basically 303/304 series stainless but different nomenclature....
