2001 Sportsmobile Penthouse for Sale - Only 53K Miles

Am selling my 2001 Sportsmobile Penthouse which is built on a Ford E-250 Extended Cab with only 53,000 miles. My daughter and I have enjoyed this SMB for many years but as she is now older, it's time to get something a bit bigger. The interior of this unit is flawless. The exterior is in excellent condition with a few minor cosmetic flaws. New all terrain tires and battery. Please note this unit does not include cabin air conditioning (dash only while driving). However, we have used two 5,000 BTU A/Cs in the rear window with no issue and I'll be happy to include the A/Cs with the purchase. Also, I purchased a 10,000 BTU Climate Right AC/Heater unit which I was going to retro fit to the unit and would consider including. Also have a top of the line portable toilet which we have used twice and a propane outdoor shower which could be included with the purchase as well. $24,995 OBO Unit is located in San Antonio, TX. If you look through his other posts on this forum, you can see his plans for an intercontinental trip. Doesn't seem like a scam, especially if he's attempting to talk to you on the phone.
