2003 E250 SMB, 2WD, 5.4, 48k act, poptop, light build, looking for help pricing it.

This SMB is actively for a sale. I am looking for help with pricing.

I was thinking of asking $29,500 (Please chime in, I am see.ong for an older friend of my family. and that would seem to be a very good buy. Or are some people asking too much?
I helped him purchase this 4-5 years ago. It was kept in Mesquite, NV

DETAILS:
2003 E250 2wd. 5.4. 48,000 act miles. (Current owner purchase at 37k)
New tires <5k miles and <2yrs old.
Manual pop top.
ZERO RUST
Pioneer Bluetooth stereo added October 21.
Rear hitch assemble added October 21 for bicycles.
Not exactly sure which SMB model it is, as it’s a light build.
No propane or water heater.
Has 15 gallon fresh water and grey tank only.
Has sink
No cooktop, no heater, no propane.
Has shorepower AC, 5 breakers multiple AC outlets
One Lead Acid Coach battery. (Older but operational)
Operational Starcool AC -tested recently, nice and cold.
AC/DC fridge. (Larger than I normally see in my past SMB’s)

The NOT SO GOOD STUFF:
-Has a few paint imperfections scratches and small dings, I would recommend a good paint buff and detail.
- Due for some regular maintenance, but is ready to go across the US…just recommend preventative check of everything……No immediate needs, no check engine lights. No problems. I just recommend going through everything as that’s what I would do.
- Starcool didn’t run on AC power. But excellent on 12V. Not sure I that was me or not.
- Cabinet plastic trim is showing its age, but that is to be expected.

Add some more underneath photos, photos of the door bottoms, the rear frame crossmembers, front floorpans, etc. Anyone from the Midwest knows that "rust free" is a useless claim without pictures. The one photo of the rear frame looks like it is a lot rustier than "Rust free". A truly rust free vehicle should still have OEM paint on the frame.

I would get some better pics (in nature, not in a driveway), do the maintenance it needs so the new owner can hop in and go, sell it for between 20 and 25k depending on what the true rust situation is.

Since its white, don't say anything about it needing detailing. White hides all the imperfections. Same with the cabinet trim. Take good photos and let the purchaser figure out if its worn out or not.
