I ended up making it mine. Tim is a great guy to deal with. He was upfront in telling me that some of his previous builds had issues, and that they did everything they could to rectify them. He also told me that the last 15 or so builds (including mine) are vans that he's very proud of. I live in Denver, and I took it up to the mountains near Nederland CO this weekend and the 4.6 was enough for my needs (though I haven't added much weight to it yet). Looking forward to a fun build!

Congrats, very cool. If you feel you need a bit more power try calling 5-star tuning and see if they can tune your 4.6 I'm not sure if they do anything regularly for the 4.6 but they can do magic with a 5.4 and they're very similar. Perhaps there's something to work with there.

Enjoy your new toy!

It's my understanding there's not much to be gained from tuning a 4.6L, at least that's what I was told when I had a tune made for the 4.6L in my Police Interceptor.

Plenty of 4.6L's out there, especially in Crown Vics and Mustangs, but I guess the factory squeezed out almost everything they could. I was told my tune gives my an extra 10-12HP.
