I have an F350 truck for kayaks, bikes and local adventures but now have a new tacoma with an alucab camper with tent top coming in a couple weeks thats getting the stage 3 conversion by Roko Vehicles.
I'll be dropping from a gvw of 9,600 lbs to barely 6,000 and have decent off road capabilities and still able to be comfortable in the woods for a week or so.
Lynn at Field Vans, yes formerly SMB West, is great as usual and I wouldnt be surprised if I get some type of classic in the future. I'll certainly stay reading and studying the conversations and links on the SMB forum as they are priceless for anyone who prefers to leave the pavement behind.......
