Help determining price for 2001 Ford SMB

Hi everyone, trying to come up with a price to ask for our 2001 Ford E350. Has 87k miles. Propane 2 burner stove. 3 way fridge. Gaucho couch/bed. Marine toilet. 2 sinks. In very good condition.
Was thinking around $50k? Any idea if this sounds fair? Thanks

I think you're probably close, but to get a good price, please include the engine, 2 or 4 wheel drive, interior pics, undercarriage pics, how many passengers can ride, how many people can sleep, and any details of damage or condition issues.

Hi Herb, it's a two wheel drive Ford E350 V8. It sleeps two on the pull out gaucho couch that turns into a double bed. There are seat belts under the couch so you could seat 3 more people, but they would be sitting sideways with no shoulder belt.
We bought in 2004 from Florida. Drove it over to Sportsmobile Austin to have everything checked out. Have 87K miles on her now. The undercarriage has rust and so does the propane drop down panel. My thought is it's from the few years in Florida. There is a starcool system but we never used it so unclear if it works. I have interior pic on my phone that I haven't been able to upload. It's very clean. Nonsmokers, no pets. It's been a great van! Has the vinyal flooring which is so easy to clean.
Will try to post a pic

Yes, pics will help. Rust can mean anything from a minor surface issue to swiss cheese. This will make your value vary widely. It's pretty difficult to host pics from this site. Try the Tapatalk app, Google photos or any other photo hosting site like Imgur, Flickr, etc.

Or upload a video to Youtube. I hear it's all the rage.

$50k feels high to me for a 2001 high top. I’d think more like around $40k.

Agree with @86Scotty about rust details. Big difference between light surface rust (“patina”) on sheet metal undercarriage parts and/or frame, vs. serious rust on structural parts.

I would say this is more like surface rust. I grew up in MN so I have seen my share of Swiss cheese rust lol!

Is it gas or diesel? If it is the 7.3L diesel v8 w those low miles there is definitely value in that.

Even for gas engines, Ford has had different gas V-8's over the years (5.8L, 5.4L, 4.6L).

It's gas. How do I find the engine size?

You can plug your VIN into the below VIN decoder, and that will tell you the engine info.
