Yup, it's been for sale almost 2.5 years but not very actively.
I'm so suprised it didn't go super quick as everyone seems to be into this type of build these days and for the price you couldn't even close to build it yourself. The listing did have horrible quality pics and it's hard to get ahold of the owner but man was it a score and I'm so happy it all worked out......Well at least when the border is open. Basically a more capable earthroamer with better off-road clearance as those can hardly fit anywhere. This thing will still be a tank and huge but probably have a much better turning radius than the van. I'm really excited for all the outside storage and super easy access for gear without having to cram every nook and cranny in the van

Absolutely, we will definitely have to meetup sometime or do a camping trip, I bet you know some cool areas, Ill have to pick your brain on favorite spots.
