SMB fans, this van is still for sale. I must say I've had fewer inquiries than expected. This is the first one I've ever sold, and based on what else is out there, I think I have it priced fairly. Any suggestions? I also have it on CL.

FWIW, I think the price is fair given the miles. You may get more interest if you take care of the items than need attention, especially as they seem fairly minor. Buying a vehicle with known issues can make you wonder what else, that isn't disclosed, is wrong. Spending a little time and money to get those fixed may get you over the hump.

I agree that the price is fair. This smb: 2006 Ford RB Diesel Sportsmobile 4X4

Was posted here and I contacted the guy 5 hours after posting and he had already accepted an offer. It has fewer miles but not by much. I think people need to feel comfortable with either the condition of the engine, or feel like they are getting a great price.
The ad says new engine 82k ago. I would expand on that and the maintenance put into making it reliable. I’ve seen many of these priced at $80-90k because of what people have spent on new motors, and those prices seem outrageous to me.
I think you will get your price if you can get people comfortable with the motor and maintenance. Good luck!

Thanks for the input. I thought I covered the maintenance with the "Upgrade/Replaced" section, so what am I missing?
Aside from those things I had the valve cover gaskets replaced and the left manifold gasket replaced. Regular oil changes and changed the fuel filters once. That's all I've really had to do.
I am trying to work on the few minor items I listed, just needed to get it listed before I could do that and wanted to be up-front.
