Is there something about the 2006 iteration you love? If not, other years are interchangeable.

Not sure if shapes are different between years and I have a front cab bed cut out to that shape

E-series experts, correct me if I'm wrong, but starting 1997 all doghouse are the same. So any console 1997-20xx (depending on when they stop selling the cutaway cabs) will fit. Color may be slightly different, but all compatible. I think there are 4 console layouts that came from the factory.

There’s the doghouse, which I don’t think changed, and then there’s the console that attaches to the doghouse, which definitely did change (cup holders and placement, change holders, etc.)

That’s why I asked if Ocsmb was attached to the 2006. Seems like with the cab bed he needs its shape. It’s possible, even probable, the ‘06 shape carried over across a range of years, but I haven’t researched it.

Was just going to ask where you are located, and started typing in OcSmb
There is a O6 one up here in Idaho at A pick a part yard. It’s gray in Ok-Good I was looking at to modify for a front bed but realized I can remove and reinstall the console portion of mine just by lifting.. think they said around $20 for full doghouse. Maybe heading over there tomorrow Friday to pick up some more miscellaneous things for my 06 if you would like pics..

My bad. I thought doghouse and center console were synonymous. It’s the console I’m after. I have one but it’s scratched up and want one that’s pretty lol

Thanks. I think shipping would be too much of a pain. Appreciate the offer.

I found a few gray engine covers & consoles in nice shape at Subway Truck Parts (truck wrecking yard) in Sacramento. They won't sell them separately so you have to buy both engine cover and console together. Prices seemed reasonable.

Car-part.com

Put in your year, make, model and search from your zipcode out. The site will does a very good job of interchanging years with identical parts.

I really doubt you will have to leave your county to find this.
