There is a custom cable builder in Green Bay, WI. Used them for various truck cables. Will look for name.

fyi 99-2000 driver side rear parking brake cable is about 18" shorter than 2006. I found this out when I swapped my 2006 semi float axle with a 99 full float axle. So in the 99-2000 ford e350's they came with 18" intermediate cables.
