Welcome. It would help if you shared location. Trying to snatch one across the country is hard when 10 other people are trying to do the same thing. Trolling the various California craigslist ads will find you the best selection. Colorado doesn't have many right now.
Tell us a little more about what you are looking for specifically Buck. 4wd? Pop top or fixed? diesel or gas?
I mainly say this because you are more likely to find 2wd's on the east side of the U.S. This is changing but historically many more 2wd's in the east.
4wd is a must, a pop top would be ideal. Everyone wants a 7.3 but it seems that engine would push our budget. Gas or diesel is fine no huge preference. We don’t have time to do an interior ourselves so electrical and a fridge are high on the list.
Member Twoentrix (I think that is how he spells it) is In Maryland and has become an invaluable Member that could help you out on that side of the US...you should look for his post, and if he doesn't chime in/see this, you might want to PM him...good luck on that search

Yeah not too many of us here on the east coast (I’m in PA). I’d broaden your search to include 2wd vans with the idea that you can add 4x4 if you want afterwards.
