Health insurance for Baja??

I've cruised down to Baja a bunch of times, always thinking about vehicle insurance but never giving a second thought to health coverage. I mean, who does.

But then, a buddy of mine had a little mishap down there – nothing major, just a twisted ankle – and it got me thinking. What if it had been something more serious? That's when I realized that having some backup health insurance might not be such a bad idea after all.
