My van with trailer was too heavy to go across after its last weight limit downgrade. They finally shoved the thing out of the way so they can put up a new bridge. (and yes, it is still open for traffic).
That is the Sellwood bridge that runs across the Willamette River between Portland and Milwaukie, Oregon. If I remember correctly it was moved the beginning of January or end of December. Trucks and busses have been banned from it for years. Lots of politicking went on with the funding and alignment. The new bridge is about two years out.
