Bummer Spoolin and Keith. I was looking forward to meeting Spoolin and seeing Keith again. You will be missed and will be missing a great time.

Where are you going in China? The company I was working for in 98 sent a group of us to Tinjin, south and east of Beijing, for ten weeks. We were out most weekends sightseeing. Really fond memories of the people and the coultry. Could not stand to eat the Chinese food here in the US for years after I got back.

Really neat data Larrie! I'm starting to plan my trip and it looks like we'll be along sometime on Friday.

Well, it's a assortment of places really. I'm a sailor and go the the Far East a few times a year. China's fun but I like some of the southern ports more like Singapore, Hong Kong, etc...
Favorite place in China are Xiamen and Qingdao. I do love their food, it really is some of the better food out there, especially their produce!!

Jackson Hole "Meet and Greet" June 21st thru 23rd
Can anyone help with an interpretation of the NPS's dog rules in the Tetons. Their web page says (a) "Pets must be kept under physical control at all times—caged, crated or restrained on a leash not exceeding six feet in length" and (b) "Pets must not be left unattended and/or tied to an object". Does this mean you cannot restrain your dog with a tether at your campsite while you are present and able to protect the general public and grizzlies from them?
