Velogeo - we actually don't mind the rain at all. However, if it is truly going to be a week straight of it, it can get really messy (and smelly) with two wet 70 lb dogs. However, your suggestion of heading over to Sequim could solve everything for us. We are still planning on this trip though and are really looking forward to it.
