In the US Amazon site, it has 7 left. Maybe you are using a French of European Amazon site?

This happens pretty often. So that for a European address items are not available at amazon.com. You need a US address.

Try Agile Offroad for your Fox shocks. They sell them tuned specifically for E-series and their prices are great.

Buy new springs, or cut a part of the old. Those air springs are not too expensive and I would replace them if you need them.

There are a couple of spring options; these are the heavy ones that are stock replacements for the big diesel engines.

MOOG CC81366 Coil Spring Set


The softer ones are moog c880s

You're sure it's not the same stock spring with on inner pneumatic to adjust the hardness ...
