Seat bolt pattern question

Are the bolt patterns the same on an 01 and 13 econoline passenger van? Specifically the front row bench behind the driver and passenger seat? Thanks

I am pretty sure the seat mount holes are the same across the 1997 to 2014 model years. There are differences in the seat brackets that the seats latch into.
