O.K., so my t-nuts are on their way (thanks John!)

Question -what is under that section the handles are attached to? Is there anything under tension I should know about? Is it just unbolt/remove the old, clean it up, wrap the underside of the new t-nut plate with butyl, reinsert, check for flatness, tighten up doped bolt, trim excess threads, rinse & repeat?

Greetings -- so replacing the TNuts -- is it possible for anybody tp post a quick "how to do it" primer on replacing the penthouse roof nuts with the S/S TNuts - any danger involved ? I'm with DosMars -- Thanks for any help !
