2013 E350 Van Mystery Plug in Rear

Hello I just bought this van at auction and I have no history on it other than vin check….at some point it was converted to a RV as it has RV plates and there was a sink i removed…but im trying to understand what they pulled and whats left…it not listed as a passenger van in the vin but as a cut away…long story short id like to know what this plug is for…its by the rear door…it also has a blue wire with a cap on it?

also I apologize in advanced that my E350 isn't a sportmobile it just seems to be the most active forum regarding these vans...

Man, that's the first one I've seen outside of the initial prototype. You should have a button somewhere within drivers reach that activates the auto Suburban Auto Group Vehicle Protection System. Believe the plug you have should be attached to the rear doors, and upon activation they automatically pop open. This should explain how it operates:

That’s the rear HVAC connector plus vacuum to control the heat/cool diverted door vacuum solenoid.

Don’t forget that even “modern” e-series are still basically designed in the early 90s…
