SMB Layout drawing / worksheet - Side view? Front / Rear?
The top view graph paper layout drawing worksheet that SMB offers on their site is fantastic help in determining layout. Is there a side-view available also, or front / rear views? I searched around a bit both here and on teh smb site and couldn't find anything.

Re: SMB Layout drawing / worksheet - Side view? Front / Rear?
If you know how to use the Sketchup 3D modeling program, I have a number of models built that I could share with the group. The problem is that Jage would need to allow SKP files to be posted.
Here is an example of what you can see.

Charlie you must have been reading my mind. I was just looking for Ford van Sketchup files.
If Jage has any problem with hosting the files I have a server that can be used.

Can Sketchup files be shared on google? If so, the author can put a link in the SMBForum Wiki himshelf.

Fantastic! Is the model very accurate to scale? Thanks so much for sharing that!
Another good excuse to play with sketchup!

You gotta tell me these things, I don't read everything on the forum!
What exactly is needed, just to allow the .skp extension?
I think I'll work on an SKP gallery, not allow attachments or user gallery additions- keep them all in one place you know. PM me if you don't see something in a few days.

Re: SMB Layout drawing / worksheet - Side view? Front / Rear
Charlie56, that's awesome!
I spent many hours making my own elevation views by hand so that I could be sure SMB knew what I wanted. Their plan views don't provide enough detail and you have to be creative about how you communicate location of lights and outlets on them. Then there are the finer finishing touches (like textile, color, and edge formations) that you just gotta see to decide for yourself how it will look. Iso is certainly a great way to go for this, but oh so much work to build!
