How many do you want to sleep? For a single person this would be OK. More than one and it will be too cramped to stretch out and sleep comfortably.

I've found getting adequate room to sleep comfortably is by far the biggest challenge in these vans. We have facing benches mid-ship that convert into a bed (all the way across from wall to wall). That's the widest point in the body and even there it's just barely enough for 2.

Also suggest not blocking the windows. The more natural light you let in the better. Otherwise you will end up with a cave (that rolls).

For 2 people and a full buildout its gonna be real packed without a pop top for sleeping or forgoing some of the other items.

Best solution I have seen is having the bed sideways across the back, works great if you are under 5'9", otherwise use the flarespace flares if you are taller and have barn doors.

If you have a slider you are SOL on the flarespace flares.

Our bed is sideways across the middle. The van is at its widest point there, so that makes for the longest bed. I'm 5'10" and I can just barely fit. If I try anywhere even a few inches behind that point, I can feel the body narrow down and the bed gets too short very quickly.

I would agree that sleeping arrangements should shoulder some comfort - 'cramped' spaces become annoying, and you'll relive this nightly. But I believe you have a westy style pop top your planning to install - correct?

In the initial stages of your build I recommend running additional wiring front-to-back and left-to-right so you have access to them if/when you decide to add 'features' at a later date (trying to run wires after the build is complete never goes smoothly).

Try keep any appliances/switches/monitors/gauges pointed AWAY from your sleeping quarters (at least on the end you plan on placing you head). Many have illuminated features that become distractions when you retire for the night.

It looks like you have a decent amount of storage built in, but I 'breathe easier' when I don't feel so cramped while spending time inside. You have a tall cabinet on the wall where the bed is pictured. If it were me,
I'd flip the plan so the bed would be on the drivers side and also omit the wall cabinet behind it...but continue to utilize the space underneath the bed. This way the interior feels a little more 'roomy' without the tall cabinets on both sides. NOW you can utilize the bed as a couch while you have the barn doors open - so you can enjoy the view outside. It would also place the 'bench lounging' area close to the two front seats so when they swivel towards the back your companions can communicate with one another easily. Just my preference.
A benefit with this layout; if you are installing a westy style pop-top, you can use the end of the bed closest to the back of the drivers seat as a step into the roof area.

Last piece of advice I'll leave you with (and this is based on the one battery you have pictured in your plan) is don't skimp on your battery bank. I'm assuming you'll be using Lithium, so to put all concerns aside (and for peace of mind) I'd recommend something that's 400+ amps. I think many of us would eagerly double our capacity if the room was available. Less stress if you can avoid getting to the point where you have to begin figuring out how to make your system last longer so the fridge continues to operate.

Yes indeed I have a lifting roof to have height the bed will be two places 120x180 in my Toyota 110x180 that suited us the bench will be a bed I want to be able to free the passage in the middle to put the bikes occasionally so as not to make it too long with the bike rack when there is a boat to take
For electricity I bought an Ecoflow independence 2 kw kit and yes you have to think carefully about where you want to take out the cables

I would have 4 solar charging methods + generator + alternator + current
I leave room to be able to put another additional battery above the other 2 kW one if needed. for heating two modes one webasto and one which does air conditioning from ecoflow
and to heat the water I haven't looked too closely yet, what do you have?

Are you using Sketchup or something else for the drawings?
