Thank you!!
Panel structure was either birch ply, or MDF depending on the location. We kept the galley and the structural panel work behind the driver, but made new flush mount doors, the side and rear barn door panels were MDF.

Hadn't thought of a specific name yet, but Special Ops is good!

We used 1/2" MDF, and had to do some bonding of multiple panels to then remove material to get the bends. For the 45 degree routing around the handles, etc--we bonded two panels for that section only to cut down on weight. Most of the existing Traverse structure was 1/2" and we matched that when we used the birch ply on structure. We removed the back of the vans wood structure (supporting bed) and fab'd metal/welded supports, which gave more room over two Frontrunnner sliding pullouts.

Almost done withe the complete interior build, and am happy with the under rear seat storage part. My design/fabrication partner came up with a great way to use the new found space. We relocated the batteries to the former spare tire space, as well a removed the water tank. We added the Front Runner pull outs to the rear and created a space for a 8.5' collapsible ladder--for roof access/board racking and an aluminum floor jack with a Weldtec skid plate/mounting bracket. Used maglite clips to hold the jack handle and the handle is held in place by earth magnets. Color is a little off in this photo--color is grey, not tan. Front of panel has netting to hold odds/ends

Switches on switches and comms

Some updated interior work just finished. Thanks to the help on this board, we've added the Bogart Eng. Trimetric monitor set up to manage/track solar and usage...that wouldnt have been possible without the great schematics and discussion here. Thank you!
