If I remember correctly, some of these were built on 1/2 ton chassis'. Just something to consider if converting to 4x4.
This is the same van I have minus my upgrades. It will be e250 5.4 7900gvw with 225/75/16 's on it. It should have on demand hot water too. I added charge wizard for the intellipower 9130 charger converter improves charging profile when plugged in. Also the van has very nice built battery box that is well vented but only fits series 27 batteries end to end. I put two 6v 27 series sized agms in for 230 ah. Should also 373 in the rear end.

It may just be me, but when I look at the 2 photos in the add, the window on the driver side appears to be a different window in each photo. The interior pic appears to have a lower sliding section that opens while the exterior pic does not?
The window is not a slider it's a pop out. Some had sliding screens.on the inside.

Those 8 lugs you see are just hubcaps which fit the 5 lug wheels too if I remember correctly.
That said, the ride height says E250 to me.
I still say it's legit...that interior shot could not be done without a door open. Have you ever tried to take a picture through auto glass? Very difficult.
